Fair use

One subscription covers every website you run: each site is its own $99 line on a single invoice, and there is no plan tier that caps how many lines it may hold. Since every active site receives the full pipeline, from keyword research to publishing, that openness is subject to a fair use limit. This page explains the limit and what to do when your organization grows past it.

The limit

Under fair use, one subscription runs up to 25 active sites. A stopped site does not count toward the limit: it keeps all of its data without taking a place, so you may keep as many stopped sites as you like.

There is nothing else to share out. A site's article a day belongs to that site, and Site Guard is bought per site, so one busy site never takes anything from another.

Raising the limit

The limit is not a hard ceiling. If you would like to run more than 25 active sites on one subscription, you should contact support, and the limit will be raised for your organization.

The free trial

A free trial runs one site. That is a trial limit rather than a fair use bound: starting your subscription, which you may do at any point during the trial, lifts it immediately.

Of course, you may also split your websites across multiple organizations, each with its own subscription, if you would rather keep them on separate invoices.
